    I knew the Cambridge killer

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     omekongo shares with us his connection to the man who last Friday took his life and the lives of three other immediate family members in Cambridge, Massachusetts. omekongo and his brother met fourth degree black belt John Jack Brosnahan, the alleged perpetrator, as students at a martial arts school in Cambridge.

    He comments: 'We just have to do our best to look out for each other. You just never know when this can hit you and your loved ones. [...] Gotta watch out for each other.'

    The triple homicide and eventual suicide in Cambridge, my place of birth, really is hitting hard for me. What makes the situation even more tragic for me is that I actually knew the killer.
