Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Cookies
Finally got around to making these cookies, and they're perfect for the holidays! I'll be baking these again next year. The color from the dried cranberries, the taste (mmm!), look no further which cookies should be on your must-bake list!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 cup Crisco
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 1/2 cups Craisins dried cranberries
- 1 cup white chocolate morsels
- Parchment paper, optional
