    Christmas Tamales

Christmas Tamales are a favorite food item for many family's, so I wanted to try to make them. This is my first time ever making homemade pork tamales. I learned a few things after eating these, like, use less masa and more meat. The best lesson I learned was to check the water level while steaming them since I burned the heck outta my pot but the tamales didn't get ruined. This took me all day, I made the pork roast the night before though so it would be ready. It's a lot of work but well worth it if you know what you're doing, which I didn't :)

Next time they will be perfect :)
