In need of a Money Coach?

    Treading Water

My problems could be worse but here's my story, I'm a single female with no dependents. I own my home (well, a few doorknobs--the bank owns the rest) which is financially underwater. Other than that, I have no major debt. My car has been paid off and my credit cards carry no balance. My monthly house payment is approximately 50% of my monthly take home pay. I put 5% of my pay (approx $55,000 annually) in a 403B which my employeer matches. By the time I pay for monthly household expenses such as power, water, food, ect. I don't feel as if I have anything left to put into savings. I rarely splurge on unnecessary things, bike to work, seldom eat out, buy off name products, use coupons and don't even have cable TV or a land line. To date, I have about $50,000 in retirement money but that's not nearly enough. How can I do more? Should I take on a second job? Please help!

PS: Even though I don't have cable TV, I try to time my lunch break at work so that I can catch your show!
