Hanukkah Latkes & Sufganiyot!
I was invited to some friends house tonight in Jerusalem to celebrate the beginning of Hanukkah which starts this evening (20th) and goes through the 28th. These are a few pics of some of the traditional food that is served during this season. I really enjoyed the potato latkes and of course the sufganiyot-doughnuts which are deep fried. Afterwards you roll them around in powdered sugar and then pipe in your favorite jelly. Excellent!
