    Paying Off Personal Debt

People will be able to pay off student loans, buy more groceries, pay of student loans, credit card debt. Being that it's money being injected into the middle-class, it's money that will be spent right away, unlike tax cuts for the wealthy where a lot of that money gets saved since living paycheck to paycheck is not a concern.

As a personal side note, I'm glad to See Obama hitting Republicans where it hurts by calling them out on preventing a tax cut, which is normally what they brag about as being their party's selling point. I think this helps dispel any myths that Democrats are always for raising taxes. What this does show is just how politicized Washington is, and that partisan politics once again are getting in the way of doing what's right for this country. I hope we can put a higher value on bipartisanship as we move forward in this next election cycle.
