    Meltaway Pecan Balls

    (Also known as Mexican Wedding Cookies)

     

    I love this recipe! It has the pecan flavor without the crunch. Absolutely wonderful for the holidays.

     

    INGREDIENTS:

     

    1 cup butter
    1 cup pecans
    1/4 cup powdered (confectioner’s) sugar + extra to coat cookies
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    2 cups flour
