    Many of my neighbors are shooting off fireworks,sparklers and crackers in the middle of the street during New Year celebration in Montevideo,Uruguay January 1, 2012.
    Most Uruguayans celebrate New Year's Eve with the family until midnight.On the stroke of midnight, they take to the streets outside their homes they start shooting off fireworks,crackers and sparklers in the middle of the streets.
