    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     iReporter capii submitted a video he shot on New Year's Eve as San Antonio, TX rang in 2012.

    For the last three years I've gone to this same spot to watch the citizens of San Antonio, Texas put on a free citywide fireworks display. It's illegal to set off fireworks in the city limits but that never seems to slow down the show.
