    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     drodphd shot with film until 2002 when she decided to go digital because it's easier to use, store the photos and share them with others. drodphd says that shooting with film made photos more meaningful since you did not take as many because it was expensive. Today, with digital, you can take as many photos as you want and decide which ones to print.

    At age two, my son was very curious and loved to get into things. In this picture (taken in 2001) he is seen wearing my husband's undershirt and looking into a box that he found in our dresser. Fortunately, I had my Pentax camera near by and captured a Kodak moment.
    I always used kodak film before the age of the digital camera and kept a stock of film rolls lest I ran out. Last year, I uploaded most of my kodak film pictures onto my computer using a copying machine and was glad to see all the kodak moments captured over the years. Precious.
