My dad took so many family photos during the 35 years while working for Kodak in Rochester, NY, but none stand out as brightly, or with so much life and vitality in the color and resolution, as those taken with the Kodachrome slide film. I have recently scanned them and been delighted with the results. These bring back so many good memories of our times together as a young family, and only increase my enthusiasm and love of photography, and reaffirm the power of the Kodak Moment. My brother & I would entertain our friends with trays filled with these slides projected on a wall with a Kodak Carousel Projector. I don't believe any other newer photo technology will ever do what Kodak was able to accomplish, in bringing the world of picture-taking into the lives of so many families.
