    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     misael shot these striking photos of conditions in Cap-Haïtien, Haiti, two years after the country was devastated by the earthquake of January 2010. He says that the mood of many Haitians is hopeful, but the country still hasn't recovered from the destruction.
