    Costumes Galore

While in Germany recently, I met an American opera singer, Susan Maclean, who lives in Dusseldorf and performs at Dusseldorf's "Deutsche Oper am Rhein." As I was fascinated by the artistry behind operas, and all that goes into their magnificent creation, I was allowed a peek behind the scenes. Here are a few photos I was allowed to take of the Dusseldorf Operahouse's vast and colorful costume vaults. This is a truly only a small glimpse behind the scenes though, as Dusseldorf's Deutsche Oper am Rhein, Germany's largest opera house, is beyond impressive.

    Special thanks to
    Susan Maclean

I really love Dusseldorf... Previous to this trip, I was able to peek inside Dusseldorf's famous Arts Academy.
