To this end, a proposal has been offered enlisting volunteer choir members worldwide to form the "Team of Teams" needed to facilitate the task of ensuring no one will still be drinking polluted water. With the ability to match/double all donations making available advanced nanotechnology to reduce the number of people drinking polluted water from 1.1 billion down to zero, all involved have this permanent capability at their disposal.
