The Voice Season 2 Premiere
Season two of The Voice promises to showcase some very fine talent if what I saw tonight is any indication. The same judges are back, Christina, Adam, Cee-lo and Blake. They will be picking their teams then coaching them in hopes of finding the one singer who will become The Voice. Last season Adam coached the winning singer and he isn't shy about reminding everyone of that feat.
Tonight the talent was amazing. Several times, all four judges turned their chairs around hoping to nab that contestant. In the end, the contestanst picked who they wanted to coach them. Again, Adam reminded them that he coached the winner of last season. That was funny.
My personal pick is a woman named Juliet Simms. She sang "Oh! Darling" by the Beatles, a song that I like to belt out when I'm alone in my car (windows rolled up). It's a very difficult song to sing but Juliet sang it perfect. Cee-lo will be her coach this season.
If you missed last season, try this season. It took me awhile to watch it but I am very glad I did.
