Building School Gardens for the County

At West Broward High School students began a new project this year named "Project Primal". The intended outcome was to teach high school students how to grow healthy food and to increase student awareness of the obesity epidemic. A group of teachers, parents, and students decided to try to grow vegetables. The exciting thing is that we are spreading our project to other schools in the county. We are building two raised beds for our feeder elementary school. In order to make this succeed, students are running this like a business. There is a grant writing team, a marketing team, and a garden management team which are student led. We were motivated by Michelle Obama's Let's move campaign and wanted to spread healthy eating. We would like to partner up with a local chef from your organization to teach us how to cook. Is this possible?
