Barack Obama has not proven himself worthy of my vote, thus he will not get my vote!

If you refuse to salute, or refuse to honor the American flag, then you don't deserve to be a city council person, let alone a U.S. Senator, or even President of the U.S. Fake Seal, Fake Nominee Barack Obama is more interested in advancing his own career than being ethical, and competent in performing the duties of an elected official. Barack Obama practices machine politics and will betray ethical and competent elected officials, at the drop of a hat, to advance his own career at the expense of the voting public, and the elected officials he works with! "What about the Black community? Attacks like the killing of Shawn Bell by the New York police department and Javon Dawson right here in St. Petersburg by the St. P Police, and the Jena 6, and Katrina, and the lists goes on...." Diop Olugbala Indeed, Diop Olugbala, it remains to be seen as to what Barack Obama is going to do to truly serve the Black community*, or any other community.

  • and to be truthful this wrong and criminal activity is taking place under the Democratic Party's watch, where by and large, the elected officials are affiliated with the Democratic Party, in many instances being members of the Democratic Congressional Black Caucus!

  • Inglewood officer is involved in a second gun death
  • Authorities say Brian Ragan fired on Kevin Wicks in self-defense while responding to a disturbance call because Wicks raised a gun at police. Residents are upset that Ragan, who was already under investigation, was back on the job. By Joanna Lin and Andrew Blankstein, Los Angeles Times Staff Writers July 22, 2008 Allen J. Schaben / Los Angeles Times, A bullet hole and evidence tags mark the door of the Inglewood apartment where the police fatally Kevin Wicks early this morning. The shooting is under investigation. An Inglewood police officer who shot and killed an armed man early Monday while responding to a domestic disturbance call is one of two patrolmen under investigation for another fatal shooting in May, authorities said. Officer Brian Ragan, a 5 1/2 -year veteran of the department, was immediately placed on paid administrative leave after the shooting of Kevin Wicks, 38, said Capt. Eve Irvine, commanding officer of the department's detective bureau. Ragan was one of four officers who responded to a family disturbance call at Wicks' apartment in the 100 block of North Hillcrest Blvd. about 12:30 a.m., authorities said. The officers knocked on the door and it was opened by a man holding a gun, police said. "At one point while the door was ajar, the officers observed that Wicks was holding a handgun," police said in a prepared statement. "Wicks then suddenly raised the handgun at the officers, which resulted in one officer firing his service weapon in self-defense." Wicks, who had been alone in the apartment, was taken to a hospital, where he died, police said. At the scene, officers recovered a handgun registered to Wicks, Irvine said. Kevin Hackie, a private investigator hired by Wicks' family, said later that officers had gone to the wrong apartment and that they did not identify themselves. But police said that was not the case. Ragan and Officer Roman Fernandez had previously been placed on administrative leave after the May 11 shooting of Michael Byoune, 19, Larry White, 19, and Chris Larkin, 21. Byoune died from his wounds. In that case, the officers had believed they were under fire when they shot at the vehicle the three men were riding in, but the men were unarmed. The victims' families have filed a $25-million lawsuit against the city and the department. Monday evening, dozens of residents, family members, friends and community activists gathered outside Wicks' apartment complex to protest his shooting, chanting "Enough is enough." They said they planned to attend tonight's City Council meeting to register their outrage. Dorothy Nelson, Wicks' grandmother, described him as an honest and hardworking man. She said Wicks, who worked for the U.S. Postal Service, had two daughters, ages 12 and 2. "It's very sad that our system is so poor that they would put a police officer that just shot someone" back on the street, she said, referring to Ragan, who returned to work last month. The Rev. Cecil L. "Chip" Murray, former pastor of the First African Methodist Episcopal Church in Los Angeles, said "justice is in a waiting mode." "I hope the system will be true to the best that is within us," he said. Reached at his home, Paul Edwards, cousin of Michael Byoune, said he also was upset that Ragan had returned to work so soon after the May shooting. He questioned the department's rationale for putting him back on patrol while an investigation is still underway. "It's astonishing that with Brian Ragan's recent history that he would be back on the force," Edwards said. Inglewood Police Chief Jacqueline Seabrooks was on vacation and unavailable for comment. But Irvine, the Inglewood captain, said a psychologist had cleared Ragan for active duty and that the department had concurred. She said every officer-involved shooting is handled differently based on the circumstances. But generally, she said, officers are allowed to return to work "as long as criminal charges are not pending and there are no extenuating circumstances." She said the department doesn't always wait until an investigation is complete because that could take six months or more. The Los Angeles Police Department operates under a similar policy. Officers who fire their weapons are immediately reassigned pending a 72-hour review of the shooting, officials said. During that time, they are removed from the field and are required to speak with a department psychologist. The shooting is reviewed by the police chief, who decides whether the officer should remain restricted or allowed back on patrol pending an investigation, officials said. Among the criteria considered are the circumstances of the shooting, whether the officer would be recognized and confronted by the public, and whether the officer has been affected physically or emotionally by the incident. In cases where there are allegations of criminal or administrative wrongdoing, it could take months before an officer is placed back in the field, officials said. Merrick Bobb, a Los Angeles lawyer who helps monitor and give guidance to police departments around the country, said it was hard to judge whether Ragan should have been back in the field because of the Inglewood's Police Department's refusal to be "transparent and accountable." "A large dark cloud hangs over the department and has been there for several years, all because of these shootings, beatings and other cases of apparent misconduct," said Bobb, who also serves as a special counsel to the L.A. County Board of Supervisors. "It may be time for the civil rights division of the U.S. Department of Justice to initiate a 'pattern or practice' investigation of the Inglewood P.D. such as occurred in Los Angeles after the Rampart corruption scandal." andrew.blankstein@ latimes.com Times staff writer Ari B. • "Listen, I was a civil rights lawyer," Obama said. "I passed the first racial profiling legislation in Illinois. I passed some of the toughest death penalty reform legislation in Illinois. That doesn't mean I am always going to satisfy the way you want these issues framed... which gives you the option of voting for somebody else, it gives you the option of running for office yourself, those are all options. But the one thing I think is important is, that we are respectful towards each other." by Barack Obama ......a truly disrespectful and unbecoming of a competent elected official response from Barack "the Magic Negro" Obama, addressed to the hecklers who have the right to petition any elected official for redress for the illegal acts of government, that result in the wrongful or illegal death of the innocent at the hands of rogue police officers. ...for a Barack Obama to say, "I passed the first racial profiling legislation in Illinois. I passed some of the toughest death penalty reform legislation in Illinois", as an answer to show that he is doing something about these very serious atrocities, belittles and trashes the true nature of the wrongful act committed. ....just means Senator Barack Obama is not promoting constructive change to improve conditions of the average person as he claims. Let Barack Obama "the Magic Negro" tell it, and this would be racial profiling, and not felonious assault, wrongful death, murder, etc. If a police officer or anyone else were to maim or kill an innocent person without just cause, the charge that fits is felonious assault, murder, attempted murder, wrongful death, etc., etc., and not racial profiling. This being said, I would not seek Barack Obama for legal counsel even if someone else paid for his services, let alone vote for him to be our next President! " I'm not going to vote for him because he has not shown me any evidence that he's going to do anything to benefit my community" Diop Olugbala Indeed, and just like Diop Olugbala's group, I'm not going to vote for Barack Obama because he has not competently addressed important issues of concern to individuals from the "inner-city" who look like me! ............more likely Barack Obama is pompous, incompetent, a lame excuse for a "civil rights" lawyer, truly a "Magic Negro", fake, elitist, and not deserving of my vote! ********************* .....indeed Rush Limbaugh, Barack Obama is a "Magic Negro", a fake, and he may as well join the ranks of the rest of the decietful, such as Kwame Kilpatrick, William Jefferson, Brentwood Burke, Roosevelt Dorn, Reverend Henry Lyons, Reverend Jesse Jackson, etc., etc. ..... at any rate, he is not in any position to condemn the Black male, because he is also a huge part of the problem! Listen, I was a civil rights lawyer," Obama said. But the one thing I think is important is, that we are respectful towards each other." by Barack Obama ......truly disrespectful and an unbecoming response from of a competent elected official or so-called civil rights lawyer, such as Barack "the Magic Negro" Obama, .....having been an innocent victim of the atrocities of government myself, and also knowing multiple innocent individuals who have been egregiously violated by government in Los Angeles County.... ...be it me, the individuals I know, and/or their legal counsel, slim chance where any innocent victim and/or their legal counsel files a claim against the governmental jurisdicition responsible for the illegal act based upon "racial profiling". ....OK, don't take my word for it, pull up the information on the Rampart Scandal, or Killer King/Butcher King Hospital, where the innocent individuals so violated sued for mega-bucks in damages, which more that any other act, curtailed the actions of rogue police officers, incompetent Black doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators, to which the basis for redress in every instance has no connection to "racial profiling". Can't win anything substantial using the "racial profiling" claim, and using "racial profiling" as a reason will not hit the perpetrators where it hurts..... ....."Money Talks and B.S. Walks".... Racial Profiling being B.S. Suing for wrongful death, defamation of character, egregious and intentional truly incompetent medical malpractice, violation of State and Federal mandated constitutional protections result in meaningful mega-buck sums for damages. ......and it is stretching the truth quite a bit to infer that Barack Obama was a Constitutional Law Professor at the University of Chicago .......Isn't Barack Obama supposed to be a professor in Constitutional Law at the university level? It is hoped that he is not passing the same B.S. (racial profiling, race based nonsense) to his students, because eventually if he is, that thinking student will lose all respect for Barack Obama! .....the truth hits home again, Barack Obama was not a Professor at the University of Chicago, and he was not qualified to teach Constitutional Law as he so claimed! ........don't need a liar in the "White House". Listen, I was a civil rights lawyer," Obama said. But the one thing I think is important is, that we are respectful towards each other." by Barack Obama "What about the Black community? Attacks like the killing of Shawn Bell by the New York police department and Javon Dawson right here in St. Petersburg by the St. P Police, and the Jena 6, and Katrina, and the lists goes on...." by Diop Olugbala .....furthermore, it remains to be seen if Barack Obama was qualified to provide legal advise to Diop Olugbala and his comrads, since Obama was not qualified to be a Constitutional Law Professor at the University of Chicago, and it remains to be seen if Senator Barack Obama has any real world tort based law practice experience.
