Inspired by Pinterest: DIY T-Shirt Scarf

I've always been interested to save "inspirations" on my blog. I started re-blogging images a long time ago on my blog, but I got lazy after a while as I had to publish each images one by one. Then, came Tumblr. I thought my life was complete! A social metwork dedicated to pretty pictures and such - it was a dream come true. I loved Tumblr, and I still do Tumblr sometimes, but i hate that it was all posted chronologically, unlike Pinterest where you can categorize the pictures. Ever since I got a Pinterest account from a friend, I spent hours sorting out all my favourite images.

My boards are usually crafts, party decorations and all things pretty and colourful! I've always wanted to actually turn my inspirations into a real project. With Pinterest, I've actually done one!

I made a red t-shirt scarf from my brother’s old t-shirt. Turned out pretty good, I must say. It would be better if I had more t-shirt of the same colour to make more "strings". It was pretty easy to do. Took me 10 minutes to finish the “strings”. Then, I just roped one more to look like its gathered at one part.

    Easy peasy!

With a little creativity, this scarf can be shaped into many different styles! Try it yourself!
