Just listened to interviews on CNN regarding how "upset" the Republi-peats are about how the media has treated Sarah Palin. But thank you to the CNN commentator for pointing out that while so called "feminists" are decrying how the media is portraying Sarah Palin, they didn't do the same when the media was using racist and sexist stereotypes to portray Michelle Obama. Being called a "baby mama" by Fox News and portrayed as a black radical on the cover of the New Yorker. But I guess that's ok, because after all Michelle Obama is just a "black" woman. What hypocrites. Sarah Palin deserves all the bad press... I mean she's suppose to be a "typical soccer mom." Really?? How many soccer moms do you know hunt moose and wolves from helicopters? How many ethical soccer moms have their kids on the state payroll so they can get healthcare? And then votes against health care for Alaskans? How many soccer moms would decorate the governor's office with the carcass of a grizzly bear? Finally, because I like to keep it real let's not overlook the fact that if a unmarried knocked up 17 year old was in the Obama/Biden camp the Repukes would be denouncing them as bringing down the moral values of the country. They can't bury Troopergate though. We'll see how Sarah used her power to control the state troopers office and fire her ex-brother in law. And yes, we have every right to question her lack of foreign policy experience because mayor and governor of a state w/ more wildlife than people does not compare to Obama's pre-political and Senate experience, or the foreign experience of either Obama or Biden. But the Repugs can spin it any way they want to. Because the point is they have a, eww "a female maverick" on their ticket.
