    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Libby22948, of Henderson, Nevada, says that her 14th birthday, eight years ago, was the most memorable one - her five best friends surprised her and took her to a cabin in Laguna Beach for the weekend. This year is her sweet sixteen.
