My research has led me to HAARP and a great many more 'keywords or tags' than I listed. Not being a scientist, having some intelligence,
STED microscopy uses portable lasers utilizing the nano-frequency: almost 0. As in, not detectable! The horror of having your aura sucked off your body while having people in your dreams is quite horrific. Not having any basis in reality to find the information needed to answer 'wtf' makes it even more daunting and these questions really need to be answered:: Black Budget? National Defense? Withholding horrific secrets from the people? in the name of their defense? ... 'wtf' ....
