I found this jewelry board organizer on pintrest just by chance and it instantly inspired me to re-create it for my new jewelry line, Belleanna. I needed the jewelry board to be a bit larger than the inspiration and I found the perfect plywood board in my garage. I went to my local craft and hardware stores to shop for my materials and I was pleasantly surprised that I found what I needed at very reasonable prices. For exapmle, two yards of cream burlap $8.00, two spools of ribbon $2.00, wood dowels $.59-$1.99, two wood plaques $1.58 and the black hooks were the most expensive at $2.98 for a pack of two and I needed 4 packs. If you have things laying around the house that you can use (old wood boad, paint, nails, hooks ets) the over all the project costs under $30.00 and it was easy to make. The project took about two days to complete and that was due to the painted dowels and plywood needing drying time. I added a hot pink sparkly letter "B" in the corner of the board just as a small personalized touch for "Belleanna". I am very happy with the outcome of the Jewelry Board Organizer and its perfect for what I needed it for. Anyone can make it, in any size to fit on back of a closet door or wall and organize their jewelry collection. Without pinterest and finding the original inspiration, I don't think that I would have thought of creating this board.
