    Fair Trade Chocolate Banana Bread

    Today is National banana bread day. So I used my "old family" banana bread recipe and added chocolate. it tasted very good however it was a bit to moist as I did not adjust for the added moisture in the melted chocolate. also photos from a local bakery that was also celebrating banana bread day!
