    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     jeepskeeter, of Spokane, Washington, and her twin brother are finally turning 10 years old! 'We usually celebrate our birthday on the 28th, but our leap day birthdays we make a big deal,' she says. She always tries to spend her birthdays with her brother. On their ninth birthday, she went to visit him in Payette, Idaho.
