    Gourmet kitchen to fight invasive species.

     

    This is what the Ministry of Environment from the Dominican Republic, through its project Re-engineering of Protected Areas and a local University did, to help eradicate a marine invasive species. Student from a Tourism Management class set up the "mulatto" restaurant, as part of a practice, where the main dish was the Lion Fish (Pterois antennata); a highly invasive species in the Atlantic and Caribbean sea.
