    President Obama visits NYC

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     setusfree went out for some milk and bread around 8 p.m. and saw that First Avenue was backed up for miles to the north and south. 'I hopped into a couple of little deli groceries and I started to piece together that it was because of Obama's visit, and then at the last store, he said to me, "President Obama -- his car just drove by on 23rd street!"'
    - dsashin, CNN iReport producer

First Avenue traffic is jammed as far as the eye can see, moments after Obama’s car drove across 23rd Street and First Avenue. At this hour on a normal night, 1St Avenue has quieted down. Tonight, the cars are sitting on First as though it is one very long parking lot. This is only one of dozens of major traffic jams happening all over NYC tonight.
