    Ahhhh, Davy Jones. I loved you and your zany brothers. I love your show, your music and the entire mania that was the Monkees. I rushed home from school every day to watch your show. I sang along with and bought your albums.

    Although I also love the Beatles and saw A Hard Day's Night (I still like to watch it), the Monkees brought it home. Cute, crazy and fun. They were our boys. And Davy was the cutest.

    My crush continued even after the show ended and life went on. Any time there was anything about the Monkees or Davy, I had to read it or watch it. And now my heart is broken hearing that Davy is gone. I will always love you Davy and I'll always be a Daydream Believer. Rest in Peace.
