In this weatherproof box by Stanley Tool, is housing over 136Watts of Thin-Film Flexible Solar modules by Uni-Solar. The ePVL-68 lets us roll up to 4 of these solar panels to generate a maximum array of 272watts. As you all know it would be very hard to do in such a small box if not for the Uni-Solar Panel.

Our S.O.S. Solar box comes complete with all the cabling attached together in all one wired unit, without combiner boxes by way of our custom MC4 ends to virtually make this "plug and play." By way of T and Y splits which all just plug into the outside of the box, it never has to be opened while it is in use.

During this daylight process we are harvesting the suns energy by taking that power through the Morningstar MPPT charge controller that is housed and mounted and fused inside the one of a kind kit. This will be taking on the role of trickle charging our 12volt extreme rugged 18amph battery, through and to our 400watt inverter.

As you can now see during the daylight hours you can plug in 400 watts of A/C power that is being powered by the sun. With a flush mounted weatherproof 120volt 15amp power outlet at the end of the box this makes for easy access for plug and play.

During the nite time hours our S.O.S. in a box it is capable of running LED low wattage A/C or D/C powered lights, cell phone charging, radios for keeping in touch with what is happening around you, or any other emergency equipment that can be plugged into our 12volt power outlet also included within the box.

This is a great Solar relief box because it only weighs 50 pounds, and all the components inside are all FAA approved. This has put is in the lead when importing much needed equipment into locations where it is needed the most.
