    Herb Carnegie Dies At The Age of 92

    A Canadian legend, Herb Carnegie has died at the age of 92. He was the best hockey player never to play in the NHL because the colour barrier had not yet been smashed.

    But he led a great life and through his work through his foundation called Future Aces, he has helped children and young people be all that they can be for the past 6 decades.

    I took this picture of Herb when he was speaking at Earl Haig S.S. in Toronto to a more than packed house of many hundreds of students.

    He is gone, but he will live on in the hearts and minds of all who knew him, met him, or knew of him...
