    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     criswilliams told me, 'The mood was very solemn. Many were crying silently. There was also a mutual feeling of respect among the audience. Respect towards those affected, and respect towards those who weren't directly affected, but still attended the ceremony.' - hhanks, CNN iReport producer

    Footage of the Peace on Earth ceremony. The ceremony took place in Tokyo at Hibiya Park. The footage is of the sounding of the kane, which marks the exact moment last year when the earthquake struck. Then, "mokutou" is announced, and praying begins.
