    Bo knows.... American Soldiers

I have been following a blog for quite sometime about a Soldier injured in Afghanistan. He is double amputee... I cannot help but share an exert form today's blog with everyone. His name is Brian Jergens, a true American Hero
" After a quick flight to Chicago, we got breakfast, and boarded our plane home to san Jose. About an hour into the flight Brian had to use the restroom and I just thought "oh lord". The flight attendant offered her help and the two of us were able to get him in the bathroom. When the time came to get him out, we couldn't. A man on the plane who was a big guy offered to help us. He boosted Brian up and out and got him in his seat. I thanked him, embarrassed I couldnt do it myself, and I'll never forget what he said "it is my honor to do something for him. You have nothing to apologize for. Anyone would be glad to help this man". We sat back down and a few minutes later were passed a trading card. The man turned out to be Bo Jackson, NFL and MLB player. While looking at his autograph and "thank you for your service" Brian told me he wanted to give him something in return. With slim pickings, he decided on a keychain that had been given to him at the awards ceremony. He asked me to write a note and he signed it and he passed it over to him. I am still in shock that someone so famous was so selfless and offered help. Brian made sure to have me mention in the note that he wished there were more people like him in the world and that he was the reason Brian serves. Such a touching experience. "

I just wish that all Americans could be so selfless. Thank Mr Bo Jackson from one American Soldier to a true patriot! His
