CNN PRODUCER NOTE     joanniebalon, who voted for President Obama in 2008, plans on volunteering for his reelection campaign in her hometown of Charlottesville, Virginia. 'It is a must,' she said. 'I have the time and I feel the responsibility to participate like I have before.'
