A Gas Revolution
Newt says he can get gas down to 2.50 a gallon, he is a big fat liar.
Experts say all of America's shallow oil is gone. They are a big fat liar, Kentucky is full of shallow oil, yet our pumps stand still because oil companies won't buy the oil we pump out here.
O.P.E.C. says Americans are happy paying current gas prices, they are a bunch of big fat liars.
The President says he wants lower gas prices but he is a big fat liar.
Congress says they want gas prices lower but they are a bunch of big fat liars. While they take kick backs from oil companies and carry on with insider trading they are giving oil companies your hard earned tax dollars.
Americans say they are tired of paying high gas prices, but they belly up to the pump and fill up. Here is an Idea, take off for a week or two, and don't move your car. don't buy a drop, see how fast prices fall.
When parents have to decide whether or not to buy gas or a pack of chicken to feed the kids, there is a problem. Supermarkets raise their prices and blame the gas prices. When gas prices fall, food prices remain. When gas goes back up, food prices go back up, and so forth.
If Americans have to take matters into their own hands, then so be it, but the prices must come down, or we will be facing another down turn of the economy. If people can't afford to get back and forth to work, that becomes a matter of national security. What is the government going to do about it? Nothing. Why? Because they get kick backs from oil companies and they are millionaires and the prices of gas does not directly impact them because we the tax payers are footing their gas bill and ours.
In the 1970's big trucks stopped hauling. America came to a stand still over high fuel prices, and look what happened. Gas prices fell like a rock.
On 12/16/1773 Americans were fed up and threw three ship loads of tea into the Boston Harbor in protest of taxes waged against us by the British. Americans were fed up, and didn't care about what would happen, they took matters into their own hands, and now we are a semi-free nation.
Once again Americans are fed up with inaction from the government and the rising prices of something everyone has to have, and it is about time Americans show the government we don't intend to lay back and take it.
I don't want to see an attack on the government, or fuel stations. I want to see Americans park, and refuse to move until prices come down. This type of war hurts far worse than an attack of violence. This type of attack hits oil companies in the pocket book. When you effect their bank accounts, you hit broken through their ranks.
Americans stand up and fight for what is best for you. Do something rather than doing nothing. You must stand for something or you will fall for everything.
