Monarch Butterfly : The Other View

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     JherryPhons, of New Plymouth, New Zealand, waited two weeks to see the transformation of a Monarch Butterfly. 'It wasn't hard for me to take photos of the butterfly because she just came out from its chrysalis and still in the process of getting enough strength to crawl and fly,' he says. 'The most memorable moment of the metamorphasis was when the Monarch Butterfly opened her wings for the first time and shows her vibrant and stunning colors.'
    - ssesha, CNN iReport producer

These photos are the full blown Monarch Butterfly. It took more than two weeks to complete the cycle.

Sorry guys, I missed the transformation from caterpillar to butterfly.
