CNN PRODUCER NOTE     notary01 lives in Daly City, California, and works a few minutes from the blast site. He remembers the thick smoke and helicopters dropping water on the fire after a natural gas pipeline exploded in a residential neighborhood in September 2010. He shot these photos at the intersection of Earl Avenue and Glenview Drive on Sunday, March 18, showing the neighborhood is slowly recovering.
