This iReport is part of an assignment:
One year since Trayvon Martin's death

    More from aquahealer

    Are you hungry for death?

Maybe it’s the times and I’m getting old. But a book, turning movie, about kids from 12-18 killing each other just doesn’t seem good for society. I never caught onto the vampire movement last year either so maybe it’s just me. But I don’t think anyone could convince me that this is good for moral…..I have to add more to this…It’s just crazy that people see death on TV as so blase. A young boy just died recently that was shot for no apparent reason, other than Mr. Zimmerman was determined to use his gun that night. I don’t want to say this but I have to, I would like everyone to lose a child today in the same fashion that Trayvon lost his life, and I want to see how they feel when it’s their child. I feel like at any moment in time there's a high percentage that I might get shot on the way to the grocery store by some kook with a gun. Not interested.
