    Outsourced Internet Supervisor

    Outsourcing customer service overseas for rural Minnesota!

    I had to call  to the internet provider, and the  supervisor was located in the Philippines, but I live in rural Minnesota.

     

    I can suggest a displaced worker looking for work located in Rochester, Minnesota, where  all the other customer service people were located I talked to.

     

    Did the internet provider really have to outsource to the Philippines for a supervisor?
