    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Makandel shot these photos yesterday afternoon of the "Hands Off My Healthcare" rally in Washington, D.C., sponsored by conservative advocacy group Americans for Prosperity. He said the speeches by Michele Bachmann and Rand Paul were 'the usual Republican talking points about healthcare that we've heard before, and they made sure to mention that Obama was out of the country on the second anniversary of Obamacare.'

    This afternoon, Michele Bachmann (R-MN) and Rand Paul (R-KY), among other congressmen, met hundreds of Tea Party supporters to voice their determination to fight for the repeal of ‘Obamacare.’ Just down the road, the Supreme Court closed its second day of testimony regarding the unconstitutionality of President Obama’s healthcare plan, which celebrates its two-year anniversary this week.
