    Howard Dean Former Campaign For President Wishes A Happy 26th Birthday


    The Honorable Howard Dean on the behalf of Former President Jimmy Carter wishes Shelby County Republican Party Outreach Committeeman/CNN iReporter Nicholas Pegues a Happy 26th Birthday.Mr. Pegues was also the youngest Shelby County Unified School Board Applicant in 2011 and he is featured also with Former Presidential Candidate Fred Thompson at the University of Memphis on March 27th 2012.Mr. Pegues will turn twenty six in June of 2012.
