Another from the Little Witch author: SPRING KISSES
If you read the story and recipe "Chicken Cones" I added last night, March 28. it will explain more about me and my crazy food concoctions, mostly for kids (but that depends)
I just had to add these for Spring! You can put them in your Easter Basket or pop them right into your mouth. They are from "The Little Witch's Spring Holiday Book" by me.
Here's the recipe: They melt deliciously in your mouth.
PEANUT BUTTER KISSES
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 beaten egg white (separate the yolk from egg white)
1/2 cup honey
Mix peanut butter and honey until smooth. (Use rubber spatula or wooden spoon.) Beat the egg white until soft peaks form and slowly add to other mixture. Mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased aluminum foil or cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 to 15 minutes until light brown. Cool. Makes about 2 dozen or less depending on size you want. The little ones work best.
