    'Voices of Women' Album

The tracks for my album are done, all but possibly one more added track for my 'Voices of Women' album. I'm very proud of it and how far I've come. School has paid off these two past terms and the money for the voice lessons and guitar even though guitar a bit more of a way to go have definitely paid off.

Considering women, there is something there for everyone. The is a lullabye for the children, holding on songs for us women in time of need when we need faith and many screaming out what we feel and what we're going through songs, for this the most I am proud.

I want every woman to be able to feel and relate to this music and album and that is why it took so long. I delved deeply inside of myself to find all these feelings and venture from what I have been through and what I still go through today.

Even though the albums tracks are done and sealed in place with the words, rhythm, and melody and harmonies they still need to professionally recorded which is my next step at school as I finish learning to play the guitar well enough to be my one-women band on this venture. I will enter the recording studio learning the buttons at least in the fall of this year. The album should be finished with the professional recording by myself and fellow students members and staff of my community college no later than June 2013.

After that time I should also be proficient enough to put my music to the beginning of the video taping of the battered women's documentary which my album will present it's music there.

I will be touring with the documentary sometime in 2014' locally and nationally visiting local churches and seminars where donations will be available to be offered as well as any open airing on television. Any money raised will be used to film and tell more stories of women's ventures and challenges that we feel so true to us to express.
