Life with autism: Share your story |
I Can Teach!
My name is Sam Wessels and I have autism. I am ten. I was diagnosed with autism when I was two.
After many years of hard work, I now have High Functioning Autism. But not everyone who has autism is as fortunate as I am. I am one of the lucky ones when it comes to autism. We have been able to find many things that have helped me with my autism.
Some people with autism, no matter how hard they try, are not able to make the same progress that I have been able to make. We need to keep helping them and searching for the answers.
I know that I am one of the lucky ones. That is why I choose to help others with autism by teaching as many people as I can about autism. I will not stop teaching until every person with autism is able to do all of the things that makes them happy, all of the things that they want to do and makes them feel better.
Thank you for taking the time to learn.
