    If you are taking a road trip from Bangkok to Chaing Mai, Sukhothai Historical Park is on the way and a must see. Plan on renting a motor bike when you arrive to get the most out of the day. The food and accommodations are very reasonable. This is one of my favorite places in Thailand and I plan on returning and spending more time to enjoy this magical place.
