    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     gvmiii shot this video on April 4 of an Occupy Boston march through the State Capitol against proposed budget cuts to the city's public transit system. 'The MBTA Board voted 4-1 to approve a proposed plan to increase fares by 23% and cut weekend commuter rail service on three lines, including the one I take,' he said.
