    I ate Cantonese-style steamed fish growing up. It's my favorite Chinese meal. Simple, no-fuss, and super tasty - the fish is steamed with scallions and ginger and then finished with hot oil and a little soy sauce. In Hong Kong I was inspired to "follow the fish" from the famous fish market in Aberdeen, HK Island, to a local seafood market in Sha Tim, where it's cleaned and gutted, and then to my aunt's apartment, where she demonstrates how to make my favorite dish. This is a 5 minute, narrated video on the dish.
