    Asakusa, new look!

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     NgaamC, of Kyoto, Japan, shot this picture in Asakusa, Tokyo. 'Cherry flowers had started blooming recently, but I didn't imagine I could get that view with Asakusa's old and new landmarks,' she says. She was inspired to juxtapose the old and new by using Japan's skyline and its cherry blossoms. 'I feel "A new hope for Japan" in the view. We would like to cheris our tradition and the world class "new" with these seasonal beauty all the time.' She says the Tokyo Sky Tree (the building to the left) has finished its 634-meter (693-yard) construction, and will be presented officially in May.
