This iReport is part of an assignment:
Is Obama's health care law constitutional?

    More from SanCarlos

At least most of the law is constitutional. It is possible that some part of it is not and that is up to the Supreme Court, not Congress, federal courts, the media, or public opinion to decide STRICTLY on the basis of the constitution as interpreted by precedent. @ The justices should not make new law based on their political persuasion. This law is too essential to the health of ALL of our citizens to be overthrown. The proper role of government is to ensure the public good, not enable one political faction to gain power.
