Anti-Assad Protest in New York City
On Saturday, April 7 2012, outside the Syrian embassy in New York City, ca 200 Syrian Americans congregated to protest the violence in their country and the Assad regime. Amid calls for democracy and freedom, Syrians from all ages and walks of life protested against the killing of civilians in their country, calling for unity and for Americans to support them.
