    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     HE SAYS HE WAS AT THE IMACULATE CONCEPTION CHURCH AND AFTER MASS HE WENT ON TO THE PROCESSION. HE SAYS THE PEOPLE WERE VERY MOTIVATED BY DEVOTION TO THE VIRGEN DOLOROSA. THE PROCESSION HAS BEEN A TRADITION IN THE COTUI PROVINCE FOR MORE THAN 30 YEARS.
