    Spring on the Riverwalk

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     mab91c says he has been living in San Antonio for the past 20 years and he says he has always loved the river walk. A little over a year ago, the river walk opened a new portion and it houses restaurants, a brewery and is lined with beautiful plants he says. He also notes that the expansion of the river walk has definitely helped tourism in the area as well.

    Taking a nice, calming stroll down theNorth end of the San Antonio Riverwalk. A beautiful spring morning, light breeze, about 78 degrees, with runners, walkers, river boats with tourists, farmers market, dogs, kids...a great morning. On picture number three, we named that a "Flower Fly" for our special needs grandbaby. She can't seem to get "Butterfly" out, so she calls them "Flower-flys". Makes sense, actually, I mean, they land on flowers and not butter, right?

     

    One of my favorite things to do on a Saturday morning and if you ever visit here, I'd be happy to show you around a bit.
